PCTech computers include: USB keyboard/mouse, multimedia speakers when monitor does not include speakers.
WARRANTY
- All PCTech computers are covered with 3 Years warranty.
- Warranty is applicable on hardware only/bundle offer with original operating system (not applicable on software or purchase without operating system).
- Warranty covers only manufacturers defects but not misuse or virus infection.
- Warranty will be void if warranty seal on equipment is broken.
-Additional options, apart from memory, are not covered unless otherwise is provided by the manufacturer.
-1st Year Warranty covers:
*Parts, Labour & Transport
*Keyboard and Mouse are covered during the 1st year only.
-2nd & 3rd year Warranty cover:
*Parts & Labour only
*Customer should bring PC back to LCI Head Office at Pailles for repair. |
